This panel focuses on the real‑world adoption of agricultural innovation, examining why some technologies become embedded quickly while others stall, what agronomy could look like in 2050 and beyond, and how closer collaboration across the food supply chain can improve productivity, resilience, and decision‑making from field to food.


Speakers:

Dr Danni Robb, Chair, Ceres Research

Danni holds a BSc in Environmental Science and an MSc in Climate Change from the University of East Anglia. She also has a PhD in Soil Science from Cranfield University, which focused on the potential role of biostimulants in improving soil health and crop quality, partnered closely with Sainsbury's. Danni has authored multiple peer-reviewed papers on agronomy and farmer technology engagement, as well as engaging with wider audiences through volunteering as the British Society of Soil Science as their Early Career's Committee Chair.
